RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

Ready-Made Items: We accept returns on ready-made (non-customized) items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with any packaging intact. To start a return, reach out through the contact form on our website. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

 

Custom & Personalized Items: All custom orders - including custom bling (bedazzled graduation caps, sunglasses, shoes, apparel, and jerseys) and custom-designed transfers - are made just for you and are FINAL SALE. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom items.

 

Transfers: Unused, unapplied transfers in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Once a transfer has been applied, it cannot be returned.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

 

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
