What is the return policy?

Ready-made items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they're unworn and in original condition. Custom and personalized items are final sale. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy linked in the footer.
Are any purchases final sale?

Yes - all custom orders (custom bling and custom-designed transfers), sale items, and gift cards are final sale. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.
When will I get my order?

Ready-made items ship within 2-3 business days. Custom pieces are made to order and take 7-14 business days before shipping. Standard delivery adds 3-5 business days - and shipping is FREE on orders $75+.
Where are your products manufactured?

Every piece is handmade by Shelly in Jacksonville, Florida. DUUUVAL!
How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $5.99, or FREE on orders of $75 or more. Live UPS and USPS rates are also available at checkout. US shipping only for now.
